Due to the custom nature of 3D printing and digital programming, we do not accept physical returns. However, we want your FlairTag to work perfectly.
Defective Tags
If your tag fails to scan within 30 days of arrival, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Lost in Mail
If your tag doesn't arrive within 10 business days, contact us and we'll ship a new one.
Change of Mind
Because these are printed to order, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind once the item has shipped.
